Abstract

The bolt clamp block can be split into two clamp assemblies in an axisymmetric mode, and the splicing faces of the two clamp assemblies are vertical. When working, a screw of a test bolt passes through a stepped holeand then is screwed into a nut. The connecting piece includes a connecting frame and two tensile plates. During a test, an assembly A is accommodated in an inner cavity of the connecting frame, and vertical sliding rails and vertical sliding grooves are matched with each other in an embedded mode. Clamping pieces are embedded in clamping piece grooves. The test method of the variable angle cable-stayed bolt test device includes the steps of assembling the assembly A, mounting the assembly A in the inner cavity of the connecting frame, connecting a tensile testing machine with the connecting plates, applying test pulling force and the like.
