Abstract

The design method comprises the steps: the multiple system pipelines are fixed to a bracket through a plurality of hoops, and thus the pipelines and the bracket are connected into a whole and then loaded into the closed box section together; the profile of the bracket is designed into a shape of a panel, a groove or omega according to demands for rigidity of the bracket; the number and positions of the hoops are determined according to arrangement requirementsof the pipelines; the bracket is designed to be equal in height or to be in a wedge shape in the length direction; and the bracket is fixed to a box section structure by mounting a plurality of fasteners on a web. After demounting, the pipelines can be overhauled and replaced in an open space, and thus the maintaining efficiency of the system pipelines is improved; after the pipelines leak, leaking hydraulic oil liquid is gathered on the surface of the bracket and flows out of the box section along the bracket so that a maintainer can find hydraulic leakage as soon as possible during daily inspection; and the leaking oil liquid does not pollute the structure, after the bracket is dismounted, cleaning can be conducted to avoid corrosion, and the service life of a mechanism is prolonged.
