The invention discloses a decoupling-based phased array antenna stability angle tracking method which comprises: interrupting periodically decoupling to generate first moment missile body attitude data to obtain a conversion matrix from an inertial rectangular coordinate system to a missile body rectangular coordinate system; performing coordinate conversion from inertial coordinates to antenna array surface rectangular coordinates; calculating beam pointing azimuth angle and pitching angle according to the antenna array surface coordinates, and controlling the antenna beam pointing direction;compensating a single-pulse angle measurement angle error generated by periodical angle measurement interruption to antenna array surface direction cosine coordinates;completely carrying out coordinate inverse transformation on compensated antenna array surface direction cosine coordinates to obtain the inertial coordinates; interrupting decoupling to generate n (n>1) moment missile body posturedata to obtain a conversion matrix and an inverse rotation matrix from inertial rectangular coordinates to missile body rectangular coordinates; and calculating the beam pointing azimuth angle and pitching angle, and controlling the antenna beam pointing direction.
