The system comprises a polarization state generating module, a cantilever beamloading module, a polarization state measuring module and a calculation processing module, wherein the polarization state generating module comprises a laser light source and a linear polarized lightgenerating module; the cantilever beam loading module is arranged at the rear part of the polarization state generating module, a thruster is used for loading a cantilever beam, the laser light source emits a light source and generates linear polarized light through the linear polarized light generating module, the linear polarized light perpendicularly penetrates through the cantilever beam, andan optical signal of emergent light received by the polarization state measuring module is converted into an electric signal; the calculation processing module is connected with the polarization state measuring module, and the electric signal is subjected to numeralization to obtain a thrust value.
