The adjustable signal equalization device comprises an equalizer circuit system, an analog-to-digitalconverter, a calculation circuit system and a comparison circuit system. The equalizer circuit system has a transfer function and is used for processing an input signal based on the transfer functionto generate an output signal. The analog-to-digital converter generates a digital signal according to the output signal. The calculation circuit system performs accumulation according to the first digital signal to generate a first accumulated value and a second accumulated value, and generates a first detection signal and a second detection signal according to the first accumulated value and thesecond accumulated value. The comparison circuit system compares the first detection signal and the second detection signal, and outputs a control signal to the equalizer circuit system when the first detection signal is different from the second detection signal so as to adjust the transfer function.
