The system comprises a multistep fishpond, a variable frequency pump, a PLC controller and adissolved oxygen probe, wherein the multistep fishpond comprises multiple fishponds which are arranged in parallel from a high position to a low position; the variable frequency pump is arranged in the highest fishpond and is electrically connected to the PLC controller and controlled to supply water to the fishpond so as to form a waterfall flow from the higher fishpond to the lower fishpond; thedissolved oxygen probe is arranged in the lowest fishpond to detect the oxygen content in the fishpond, and is electrically connected to the PLC controller and transmits a detection signal to the PLCcontroller.
