The power inverting unit outputs a variable frequency square wave voltage through an H bridge composed of MOStubes connected in parallel. The generated frequency can reach 500Khz, which is much higher than a highest frequency 40Khz of a traditional high-power IGBT. High voltage kV ripples output at high frequencies are very small.
