The box body structure comprises a box body, wherein a box cover is arranged on the box body; the box body adopts a four-layer structure sequentially comprising a first insulating plate, a first cold accumulating unit, a second insulating plate and a second cold accumulating unit; the top of the first insulating plate is movably connected with the box cover; sodium chloride salt eutectic is stuffed in the first cold accumulating unit; and lithium chloride salt eutectic is stuffed in the second cold accumulating unit. According to the cold accumulating transportation box disclosed by the invention, when own mass of the cold accumulating transportation box is maintained, the temperature of the inner part of the box body can be kept to be at minus 60 DEG C or below for a long time; and besides, the problem of refrigerated transport of articles which are temperature sensitive including frozen blood products and the like is solved at lower cost.
