Problems solved by technology

[0002] The inlet air temperature on the cathode side of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell often rises above 100°C with the increase of the inlet pressure. If this high-temperature gas directly enters the stack, it will have a destructive effect on the internal structure of the stack. Therefore Usually it needs to be cooled down. The common method is to install an intercooler or a membrane humidifier, but these methods are large in size or high in cost, or cannot quickly control the humidity and temperature of the intake air. Therefore, it is not suitable for application in the car

Abstract

The invention discloses an air intake cooling and humidifying system for a fuel cell. The air intake cooling and humidifying system comprises a humidification chamber composed of an upper cover and alower bottom; an air intake pipeline and an air outtake pipeline which are disposed on the upper cover and are not in the same radial direction; an ultrasonic atomizer provided with a plurality of ultrasonic atomizing heads and used for generating ultrasonic waves to atomize the water into aerial fog; and a first pipeline for replenishing water for the lower bottom and a second pipeline which aredisposed on the lower bottom; and a control unit configured to obtain a current air intake amount through the air intake pipeline and to control the number of operating ultrasonic atomizing heads anda liquid level in the lower bottom according to the current air intake amount. The cooling and humidifying system can change the liquid water into tiny liquid water mist by generating ultrasonic waves, and exchanges heat between the low-temperature liquid water mist and the high-temperature air, and lowers the air intake temperature and increases the humidity by the adjustment of the control unitaccording to the change of the internal temperature of a galvanic pile.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, in particular to an intake air cooling and humidifying system for fuel cells. Background technique [0002] The inlet air temperature on the cathode side of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell often rises above 100°C with the increase of the inlet pressure. Therefore, it is not suitable for application in the car. Contents of the invention [0003] The present invention aims to solve one of the technical problems in the related art at least to a certain extent. [0004] For this reason, the object of the present inven...
