The method comprises the following steps: obtaining thetype of the gearbox and the temperature of lubricant oil in the gearbox; detecting whether the type of the gearbox is a predetermined type or not and whether the temperature of the lubricant oil in the gearbox is within a predetermined temperature range or not; obtaining and storing the engagement distance and engagement torque of a first clutch, and the engagement distance and engagement torqueof a second clutch while detecting that a self-adaptive condition is met; and sending a plurality of self-adaptive instructions to the gearbox according to predetermined sequence and rule, wherein theself-adaptive instructions comprise a transmission tolerance adjustment instruction for the gearbox, a synchronous measurement point adjustment instruction for the gearbox, an initialization settinginstruction, an engagement pressure value correction instruction for the clutches, a safety function value correction instruction, a steering self-adaptive value correction instruction, and an ESP andcruise self-adaptive value correction instruction.
