Abstract

The invention discloses a serum alpha 1-acid glycoprotein measurement kit, comprising a reagent R1, a reagent R2 and a calibration product, wherein the reagent R1 is composed of a buffer solution, sodium chloride and polyethylene glycol coated magnetic nano-particles; the reagent R2 is composed of a buffer solution, a goat anti-human alpha 1-acid glycoprotein antibody, a surfactant, a stabilizer and a preservative; the calibration product is composed of a buffer solution, an alpha 1-acid glycoprotein antigen, bovine serum albumin, mannitol and sodium azide. The invention further discloses an application of the kit. The alpha 1-acid glycoprotein is a liquid double-reagent, which can be directly used by opening the bottle without reconstitution. By adding the polyethylene glycol coated magnetic nano-particles to the reagent R1, the stability of the magnetic nano-particles is improved, and the antibody forms agglomeration on the magnetic nano-particles, thereby greatly improving the analytical sensitivity of the reagent. By adding the bovine serum albumin and glycerol to the reagent R2, the stability of the reagent is improved.
