Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic flux sensor, in particular to a split mounting type magnetic flux sensor and a using method thereof. The magnetic flux sensor is used for detecting a tensile force of an exposed steel cable in an existing structure; the main body of the magnetic flux sensor is divided into two parts of an upper split body and a lower split body, which are made indoors and calibrated completely; in the field, it is only required to use the upper split body and the lower split body to surround the steel cable, and attach the junction surfaces together, so that the wire segmentsin each split body are connected accordingly, thereby forming excitation coils and an induction coil; wherein the two symmetrical excitation coils is at both ends and the induction coil is at the middle part. Compared with the conventional magnetic flux sensor and the magnetic flux sensor fabricated in the field, the split mounting type magnetic flux sensor is convenient and quick to operate, saves time and money, and is economical and practical.
