According to the method, a converting device is electrically connected with at least one set of medical equipment.A using interface format of the medical equipment is realized by means of an interface comparing module. Then at least one data recording format which accords with the using interface format is extracted from at least one comparing database. One data acquisition module is used for acquiring the required data of the user from the using interface format. Furthermore related data of a testee can beobtained through an identity identification module. Furthermore the information of the interface comparing module, the data acquisition module and the identity identification module are integrated through a conversion module for generating relay converting information. Therefore, messy data can be acquired from each set of medical equipment, and the format is automatically converted after integrating with the identity identification data, thereby facilitating data transmission, reading and storage.
