Abstract

The trolley consists of a walking drive chassis, a fruit box tray and a hydraulic leveling mechanism. Each crawler belt is provided with two connected side plates, a crawler belt walking frame is connected with the side plates, thrust wheels are connected with the side plates through cross beams and guide wheels by tensioning devices, one ends of two leveling hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the fruit box tray, the other ends of the two leveling hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the crawler belt walking frame, rod cavities of the two leveling hydraulic cylinders are connected with each other, and rodless cavities of the two leveling hydraulic cylinders are also connectedwith each other. When the trolley goes uphill and downhill, a certain angle is formed between the crawler belt walking frame and the horizontal plane, by the gravity of the fruit box tray, a piston rod of one leveling hydraulic cylinder stretches, and a piston rod of the other leveling hydraulic cylinder is shortened. From a hydraulic principle, it can determine that the stretching amounts and the shortening amounts of the piston rods of the two hydraulic cylinders are equal, thus, the fruit box tray is always horizontal, and movement of fruit boxes and injury of fruits due to movement are avoided.
