Abstract

The invention discloses an organic electro-synthesis method of a 9-nitrogen heterocycle substituted xanthene compound. The method is characterized by taking a xanthene compound as a raw material, andselectively electrochemically oxidizing a Csp3-H bond to construct a C-N bond, to prepare the 9-nitrogen heterocycle substituted xanthene compound. The method has the advantages of simple and mild reaction conditions, environmental friendliness, high atomic economy, wide reaction substrate application range and high yield of target products.
