By adjusting the displacement ratio of the hydraulic power transmission assembly and selectively controlling joint of the clutch assembly, thus the transmission modes for advancing or retreating between the input component and the output component are provided and comprise static hydraulic transmission, hydraulic mechanical transmission and mechanical transmission. The variable-speed transmission device can be switched to be in three transmission modes, provides traveling and operation functions at the low gear position, and mainly provides the traveling function at the high gear position.
