By adjusting the displacement ratio of the hydraulic power transmission assembly and selectively controlling joint of the clutch assembly, thus the transmission modes for advancing or retreating between the input component and the output component are provided and comprise static hydraulic transmission, hydraulic mechanical transmission and mechanical transmission.
