Abstract

The cooling system comprises a separator unit cooling water circulating system, a vacuum pump unit cooling water circulating system and a magnetic coil cooling circulating system, wherein the separator unit cooling water circulating system comprises a first water tank, a first circulating pump and a first cooling water transmission pipe and is used for enabling liquid in the first water tank to flow through ion source devices through the first cooling water transmission pipe and return into the first water tank after the first circulating pump is started. The vacuum pump unit cooling water circulating system comprises a second water tank, a second circulating pump and a second cooling water transmission pipeand is used for enabling liquid in the second water tank to flow through vacuum pumps in a vacuum unit through the second cooling water transmission pipe and return into the second water tank after the second circulating pump is started.
