The driving shaft is driven by a motor to rotate at a low speed, so that a primary impeller is driven to rotate, meanwhile, a ring gear and a planet carrier are driven to rotate, and the ring gear and the planet carrier form an integral whole through casting and turning technologies. A sun gear is connected with the driven shaft and engaged with the outer portion of a planetary gear, and the planetary gear is engaged with the interior of the ring gear. Through the action of the planetary gear train, the rotational speed of the sun gear is changed,thus, the driven shaft is rotated at a high speed, and meanwhile, a secondary impeller is driven to rotate at a high speed.
