The robot pumping and moving mechanism comprises a telescoping rod, a driving device and a plurality of elastic spokes, wherein the elastic spokes are uniformly arranged around the telescoping rod; two ends of each elastic spoke are correspondingly connected to two ends of the telescoping rod so as to forma cage-shaped spherical structure of the pumping and moving mechanism; the driving device is used for driving the telescoping rod to telescope to enable the deformation of the elastic spokes to appear.
