The large hatch cover comprises a coaming plate and a cover plate which is rotatably connected with one side of the coaming plate; one side, rotatably connected with the coaming plate, of the cover plate is connected with a balancing device; the balancing device comprises a fixed balancing device and movable balancing devices; the number of the movable balancing devices is 2n; the totalamount of the movable balancing devices is double of the fixed balancing device; the movable balancing devices are distributed on the two sides of the fixed balancing device uniformly; and each movable balancing device comprises a hinge assembly, a balancing weight connected with the cover plate as well as an unloading force piece for unloading the gravity of the balancing weight.
