The method comprises the steps of: obtaining output timing sequence features of a distributed generation such as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation, and timing sequence features of a load; analyzing and calculating in-situ consumptionamount and delivery power in a dual-voltage class coupling network; and establishing a dual-voltage class coupling network DG (distributed generation) optimization configuration multi-target model bytaking power delivery to screen configuration schemes to obtain an optimal configuration scheme in the dual-voltage class network. The in-situ consumption amount and the power delivery of the DG arecombined and applied into the multi-voltage class power grid to make up restriction due to insufficient consumption ability of a single-layer network so as to improve the consumption level of the distributed generation in the system and facilitate improvement of the problems of the DG utilization rate and the system economic benefit.
