Abstract

The invention discloses a PCB dry film developing bath cleaning agent, and belongs to the technical field of developing bath cleaning agent. The PCB dry film developing bath cleaning agent comprises,by weight, 10 to 15% of an organic base, 3 to 8% of an organic solvent, 15 to 25% of an inorganic base, 8 to 12% of a chelating agent, 0.5 to 1.5% of a washing auxiliary agent, 0.5 to 3% of an osmoticagent, 2 to 8% of a defoaming agent, and the balance water. The organic base and the inorganic base are both water soluble base. The PCB dry film developing bath cleaning agent possesses no pungent smell, is friendly to the environment, is nontoxic, is excellent in washing effect, is capable of increasing removing rate on yellow attachment in developing bathes obviously, is especially excellent in removing effect on residues on components such as nozzles and rollers, and is beneficial for increasing of PCB developing processing qualified product rate. The invention also discloses a preparation method and applications of the PCB dry film developing bath cleaning agent.
