In order to achieve the purposes of the invention, the invention adopts such a technical solution as follows: the self-resetting damping arch foot device comprises an arch bridge body, arch feet and bridge abutments, wherein the bridge abutments are arranged at the two ends of the arch bridge body; the arch foot is connected between each bridge abutment and the archbridge body; each arch foot comprises a buckling constraint support, a plurality of prestressed steel bars, a spring and an energy-consuming steel plate frame; the plurality of prestressed steel barsare arranged on the outer surface of the buckling constraint support; the spring is nested into the peripheries of the plurality of the prestressed steel bars; the energy-consuming steel plate frame is nested into the periphery of the spring.
