The prediction method comprises the following steps: comprehensively comparing an interval transit time well log, aresistivity well log, a density well log and a compensated neutron well log of a single well, and according to the synchronous change trend segment of the interval transit time well log, the resistivity well log, the density well log and the compensated neutron well log, determining the normal compaction segment of a stratum; using the interval transit time well logs corresponding to the normal compaction segments of multiple wells in the same region to establish a comprehensive normal compaction trend line equation; and obtaining an equivalent depth He according to the comprehensive normal compaction trend line equation, and then substituting into a calculation formula of an equivalent depth method to obtain the stratum pressure of a target point.
