An airbag in the control surface airbag clamp is connected with an external air pressure pump through an airbag connector. The control surface airbag clamp is arranged on the clamp slideway through a controllable pulley controlled by a motor. An infrared perpendicularity measuring instrument is arranged atthe tail end of the control surface airbag clamp. The clamp slideway is connected with the hydraulic cylinder and is fixed to the clamp lifting platform. A level gauge is arranged on a leveling platform.
