Abstract

The present invention discloses a microparticle purification device based on an electrostatic agglomeration technology. The device comprises a pre-charge device configured to allow microparticles to absorb charges of different polarity, and an electrostatic agglomeration device configured to generate an alternating electric field to allow the microparticles with the charges of different polarity to mutually impact and to be coagulated. In the airflow flow path, the pre-charge device is located at the upstream of the electrostatic agglomeration device, and the pre-load device comprises pre-charge polar plates and tungsten filaments. The pre-charge polar plates comprise first polar plates and second polar plates, in the airflow flow path, the first polar plates are located at the upstream ofthe second polar plates, the two sides of the first polar plates are bent and extended towards the downstream, the two sides of the second polar plates are bent and extended towards the upstream, thefirst polar plates and the second polar plates are oppositely arranged in a staggered mode, and the tungsten filaments are arranged in the spaces formed by staggering the first polar plates and the second polar plates. The pre-charge device employs the semi-track polar plates to warp the tungsten filaments therein to form a ring electric field to make ionization more full.
