Abstract

The fabric forming device comprises a frame, a yarn guide mechanism, a yarn splitting mechanism, a beating-up mechanism and the like, wherein the yarn guide mechanism, the yarn splitting mechanism and the beating-up mechanism are sequentially mounted on the lower portion of the frame, in the middle of the frameand on the upper portion of the frame. Reeds of the yarn guide mechanism and the yarn splitting mechanism are movable reeds, and main reeds and auxiliary reeds are alternately arranged through friction force. Yarns sequentially penetrate the yarn guide mechanism, the yarn splitting mechanism and the beating-up mechanism from a weaving machine. After inclined yarn movement is finished once, the yarn guide mechanism rearranges the yarns, the yarn splitting mechanism is used for splitting the yarns, and finally, the beating-up mechanism moves forwards and performs beating-up. Adjustment of upper,lower, front and rear positions of the beating-up mechanism can be controlled by an externally mounted motor and two ball screw pairs. According to the fabric forming device, the warp density of a fabric with an inclined yarn structure can be more uniform, the surface of the fabric is smoother, and engineering application is facilitated.
