Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting isopentenyl flavonoid compounds in glycyrrhiza by utilizing ionic liquid. The method comprises the following steps: mixing glycyrrhiza powder and pure ionic liquid, performing ultrasonic extraction, centrifuging after extraction completion, and taking the supernatant, thereby obtaining the product. The optimal ionic liquid is [C8MIM]BF4, and the optimal extraction conditions comprise a solid-to-liquid ratio of 28.31mL/g, extraction time of 32.77minutes, an extraction temperature of 92.60 DEG C and soaking time of 9.83 hours. In the product prepared by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), the content of four compounds such as isoangustone A, glycycoumarin, glycyrrhiza dihydroisoflavone and licoricidin is respectively 45.6 [mu]g/g, 346.9 [mu]g/g, 214.9 [mu]g/g and 224.5 [mu]g/g.
