The ESD detection circuit comprises an edge detection unit, an amplitude detection unit and a driving unit, wherein the input end of the edge detection unit is coupled to a power port directly or indirectly, a power-on voltage is connected into the power port, the edge detection unit is suitable for detecting amplitude variation of the power-on voltage per unit time directly or indirectly, and responding to the condition that the amplitude variation of the power-on voltage per unit time is greater than a preset variation threshold, the output end of the edge detection unit generates a first control signal; the amplitude detection unit is coupled to the power port and the output end of theedge detection unit respectively, the amplitude detection unit is suitable for detecting the power-on voltage, and responding to the conditions that the first control signal is received and the amplitude of the power-on voltage is greater than a preset amplitude threshold, the output end of the amplitude detection unit generates a break-over voltage; and the driving unit generates an ESD triggering current responding to the break-over voltage.
