Abstract

The invention provides a loudspeaker module and a manufacturing method thereof. The loudspeaker module comprises a basin frame with an accommodating space, and a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system which are accommodated in the basin frame; the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil for driving the vibrating diaphragm to vibrate. The basin frame comprises a side wall which forms an accommodating space in a surrounding manner, the magnetic circuit system comprises magnetic steel and an upper clamping plate which is attached to the magnetic steel; the loudspeaker module also comprises a flexible circuit board which is electrically connected with the voice coil, and the upper clamping plate and the flexible circuit board are integrally arranged in the basin frame in an injection molding manner. According to the loudspeaker module and the manufacturing method thereof, accurate positioning can be achieved, the fixing problem of the upper clamping plateand the flexible circuit board is effectively solved, and the situation that the reliability of a product is affected due to falling is prevented.
