A ring of connecting part is arranged on the outer edge of the bottom end of the helmet body, and the fire-fighting helmet can be connected to the fire-fighting garment body through the connecting part; a sensing system and a singlechip microcomputer are arranged on the inner surface of the fire-fighting garment body; the sensing system comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a heart rate sensor. The signal output ends of the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the heart rate sensor are separately connected to the input end of the singlechip microcomputer, and the heart rate sensor is arranged in a position, corresponding to the heart of a human body, of a front piece of the fire-fighting garment body.
