The embodiments of the invention disclose a grounding wire monitoring device, an EOS (Electrical Over Stress) monitoring system and an EOS (Electrical Over Stress) monitoring method. The EOS monitoring system comprises external electrical equipment, an alternating-current charging pile, an external equipment ground pile and a grounding wire monitoring device; the external equipment ground pile iselectrically connected with the grounding wire monitoring device through a first ground wire; the alternating-current charging pile is electrically connected with the ground wire monitoring device through a second ground wire; the external electrical equipment is electrically connected with the grounding wire monitoring device through a third ground wire; the grounding wire monitoring device sendsdetection signals, the detection signals pass through the first ground wire, the second ground wire and the third ground wire sequentially, and then return to the grounding wire monitoring device, and therefore, a loop is formed; and when judging that the detection signals do not return through the loop, the grounding wire monitoring device automatically gives an alarm. With the grounding wire monitoring device, the EOS monitoring system and the EOS monitoring method of the invention adopted, automatic detection and automatic alarm can be carried out in real time without regular manual line inspection required, labor cost and maintenance cost are greatly saved, and the problem of poor inspection effectiveness due to a condition that existing EOS detection requires manual operation can besolved.
