This invention discloses an intermittent connection process between a suspended core and the diaper body. This process relates to the field of absorbent products and comprises the following steps: a) intermittent
adhesive spraying, b)
adhesive scraping, and c) core bonding. The absorbent core is bonded to the bottom film of the absorbent product through
adhesive segments in regions one, two, and three, thereby creating an intermittent connection between the absorbent core and the body. This results in grooves that facilitate
urine drainage and cavities that store
urine at the bottom of the diaper body. This not only increases the
absorption rate of the absorbent core but also increases its absorption area, providing excellent fixation for the absorbent core. The process has fewer steps and is simple to operate, meeting the production needs of large-volume diaper production.
