In addition, an opening is provided in an upper portion of the second member (32), and the second member (32) has a horizontal cross-sectional surface shape that is openupward. The opening of the first member (31) and the opening of the second member (32) are joined while facing each other, whereby a closed cross-sectional surface structure is formed.
