The extractor comprises: an extractor main body configured to extract a biological material; transmission shafts arranged inthe extractor main body to transmit power; speed sensors arranged on the transmission shafts to measure speed data; hydraulic motors in power connection with the transmission shafts to output power;a hydraulic oil tank including a hydraulic oil pump in liquid communication with the hydraulic motors, wherein the hydraulic oil tanks, a high pressure pipe, a low pressure pipe and the hydraulic motors form a hydraulic oil circuit; a pressure sensor used for measuring pressure data and arranged on the high pressure pipe between the hydraulic oil pump and the hydraulic motors; a pneumatic overflowregulating valve connected to the high pressure pipe between the pressure sensor and the hydraulic motors to regulate the pressure; a flow rate regulating valve connected to the high pressure pipe between the pneumatic overflow regulating valve and the hydraulic motors in order to regulate the flow rate; and a control unit, wherein one end of the control unit is connected to the speed sensors andthe pressure sensor, and the other end is connected to the pneumatic overflow regulating valve and the flow rate regulating valve.
