The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a cruise ship segment is horizontally translated to a turnover platform and fixed; then, through an electromagnet matrix arranged in the center of the turnover platform, hydraulic movable clamping devices and positioning pin holes which are arranged on the periphery of the turnover platform, the cruise ship segment is fixed; the two sides of a turnover platform body are correspondingly fixed on rotors,and the two rotors synchronously rotate to drive the platform to turn over; and four hanging rings arranged at the opposite corners of the turnover platform can be used for lifting the cruise ship segment through a crane, the turnover platform is lifted to a certain height, the segment is driven to turn over by 180 degrees in the air through the rotors, and the cruise ship segment is moved among stations of a segment building assembly line after the operation is completed.
