Abstract

Two connectors of the subway center pin bolt do not make relative displacement and thus thestudy can not be performed by lateral vibration testing. According to the invention, a strain gauge is attached to a cushion block through hole; an equivalent nut is embedded in a substrate through the top of a substrate of a vibration test fixture; a cushion block is arranged at the bottom of the substrate; and a tested center pin bolt passes through the through hole of the cushion block and is connected with the equivalent nut firmly. Vibration acceleration testing is carried out by using a vibration bench; the strain gauge collects the vibration axial clamping force; and vibration test is carried out under different vibration levels. Axial strain data of the cushion block are processed to obtain a degradation equation and an acceleration equation of the tested center pin bolt.
