Abstract

The invention discloses an improved weighted centroid positioning method based on fingerprint quantification, relating to the technical field of indoor positioning. The method is characterized in thatin a Zigbee communication environment, collecting actual measured values to establish a fingerprint database; quantizing in a quantization domain according to the RSSI value received by the unknown node to obtain a quantization distance and a quantization RSSI value, taking the quantization distance and a generated quantization error as weight parameters, and further positioning the unknown nodeby utilizing an improved intersection triangle weighted centroid algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively avoid the theoretical error problem caused by serious signal attenuation, and the positioning precision is improved.
