Abstract

The invention provides novel application of erucyl amide, and particularly provides application of erucyl amide for preparing a medicine for treating myocardial damage. Due to a built stress ulcer animal model, a result shows that erucyl amide has the protecting effect on the immersion-binding stress mouse heart; due to Western Blot analysis, it finds that after erucyl amide is adopted, BCL-2 and BAX have the biologic effect consistent with the positive control medicine metoprolol, and the result prompts that the erucyl amide has the certain effect of resisting mouse stress myocardial damage, and is related to BCL-2 and BAX signal paths.
