Abstract

The invention proposes a new application of erucamide, in particular the application of erucamide in the preparation of medicine for treating myocardial injury. Through the stress ulcer animal model established by the present invention, it was found that erucamide has a protective effect on the heart of water immersion-restraint stress mice, and by Western Blot analysis, it was found that BCL-2 and BAX appeared after using erucamide. The biological effect was consistent with that of the positive control drug metoprolol, and the results suggested that erucamide had a certain anti-stress myocardial injury effect in mice, and was related to BCL‑2 and BAX signaling pathways.
