Abstract

The invention discloses an electromagnetic frequency mixing detection method used for ferromagnetic material fatigue damage detection. The method comprises the following steps of determining a magnetic field frequency mixing signal detection direction of an electromagnetic frequency mixing sensor according to a size and a material of a tested device; selecting a certain signal acquisition position, attaching the sensor to a surface of a ferromagnetic component, exciting a high-low-frequency modulated sine signal as a mixed excitation signal, and carrying out electromagnetic frequency mixing detection; using a computer to process collected magnetic frequency mixing nonlinear signals; and using a tangential magnetic field of a test piece surface and magnetic flux density in the test piece to draw a hysteresis loop, and calculating electromagnetic frequency mixing characteristic parameters, and acquiring a characterization result diagram of an electromagnetic frequency mixing power law coefficient which changes with fatigue damage degrees of different test pieces. Through analyzing and processing the electromagnetic frequency mixing signals and using the electromagnetic frequency mixing power law coefficient to characterize material hardness changes, an influence of a fundamental frequency noise on the characterization parameters can be effectively weakened, which is beneficial to accurate characterization of the material fatigue damages.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a characterization method for early damage of ferromagnetic materials, in particular to a characterization method for fatigue damage of ferromagnetic materials based on electromagnetic mixing technology. This method is suitable for early fatigue damage characterization of ferromagnetic materials, and belongs to the field of nondestructive testing. Background technique [0002] As a common bearing member, ferromagnetic materials are widely used in aerospace, electric power, railway, pressure vessel and other industries. During the use of these components, under the action of fatigue load, internal working medium or external environmental factors, fatigue damage is likely to occur in the unevenness of the structure, loose areas, cavities and dislocation defect concentration areas, resulting in fatigue fracture, resulting in Major vicious safety accident. Therefore, timely and effective detection of the severe fatigue damage are...
