According to the anti-emulsification rust-proof quenching oil composition, the triethanolamine soap is introduced into the anti-emulsification rust-proof quenching oil composition, and the triethanolamine soap is blended with the polyether and the polyolefin to realize emulsification prevention and rust prevention. The anti-emulsification rust-proof quenching oil composition has the beneficial effects of water film replacement rust prevention and good dewatering and clarifying performance, the composition is thoroughly mixed with water, and after the sedimentation and drainage, the oil layer has good clarification and less water and can be reused in a quenching oil tank.
