The stretching and drawing system comprises a support, a hollow jack and a tool clamping piece. A first end of the support is provided with an external supporting face and an internal supporting face. A second end of the support buckles a working anchor into the support, and thus all steel strands penetrate into the support from the second end, and penetrate out from the first end. All the steel strands penetrating out from the first end penetrate into a penetration hole of the hollow jack. A base of the hollow jack is arranged on the external supporting face. A piston rod of the hollow jack is arranged away from the support, the outer end of the piston rod can be matched with all the steel strands penetrating through the hollow jack, and by means of stretching out or retracting of the piston rod, the steel strands matched with the piston rod can be driven to stretch out and retract. The tool clamping piece is used for being clamped to one group of the steel strands with the same load and close to the working anchor, by means of external force,the tool clamping piece is clamped into an anchor hole of the working anchor, and thus the group of the steel strands with the same load and stretched out or retracted in place can be locked to the working anchor.
