Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a dining room food-and-drink system for health management and a method. The system comprises a server and a user terminal which is provided with a first RFID identifier. The server generates health reminding information according to a first energy table and a second energy table which is associated with each dish identification, and transmits the health reminding information to the user terminal. The first energy table is generated according to the body examination table of the user who corresponds with the user identity information. The dining room food-and-drink system and the method can control the diet of eating personnel to a certain extent and sustain body health of the eating personnel.
