Abstract

The invention discloses an internal portion deformation defect detection method and device, and a readable storage medium and belongs to the pipeline detection technology field. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out pipeline detection at a position of a target pipeline to obtain pipeline data; when a degree of deformation at the position of the target pipeline is determined to reach the degree corresponding to deep detection according to the pipeline data, selecting a simulator with a corresponding size according to the pipeline data; determining a pipeline robot which is within a preset difference range with the size of the simulator when the simulator passes through the target pipeline position; and making the pipeline robot enter into the target pipeline position, andcarrying out deep detection on the target pipeline position to obtain deep detection data. By using the method of the invention, the pipeline robot corresponding to the size of the simulator is selected through a passing condition of the simulator at the position of the target pipeline, which avoids a problem of blocking of the pipeline robot in a pipeline due to an internal deformation defect ofthe target pipeline when the pipeline robot is directly placed.
