Abstract

Embodiments of the invention provide a dialogue interaction method, a dialogue interaction device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of converting to-be-recognizedvoice into a first text; inputting the first text into a semantic analysis model to obtain intention information and word slot information of the first text; and inputting the intention information and the word slot information of the first text into a dialogue state machine to obtain interaction information corresponding to the first text. According to the embodiment of the invention, the intention information and the word slot information of the first text are directly obtained from the first text by utilizing the semantic analysis model. The step that the semantic analysis model needs to be connected behind the language model in the prior art is omitted, so that the time is shortened. The user can be responded more quickly. Meanwhile, according to the scheme, the calculation complexityis reduced, and the cost of the whole system is reduced.
