Abstract

The invention relates to a configuration method for refrigeration pump operation optimization of a chilled water secondary pump system of a central air conditioner. The method comprises the steps thata user's demand for conveying chilled water is satisfied by a first pump with constant-frequency operation and secondary pumps with variable-frequency operation; according to performance of the single first pump and the secondary pumps under rated frequencies, relations between flow rates and lifts and powers of the first pump and the secondary pumps under variable frequencies are determined respectively; a total pressure loss in a chilled water conveying loop and pressure losses which shall be borne by the corresponding secondary pumps in the chilled water conveying loop are determined; withsatisfaction of supply of the flow rates and the lifts as a constraint and with a minimum total power of the secondary pumps as a target, the number of the secondary pumps which are turned on is optimized; and with a minimum sum of a first pump power and a minimum total power of the corresponding secondary pumps during operation of the first pump under the different frequencies as a target, an optimum operation frequency of the first pump and an optimum mode of the number of the secondary pumps under the corresponding frequency are determined. The method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that a ratio of the pressure losses borne by the first pump and the secondary pumps are rational; an energy saving rate is high; universality is high, etc.
