The caisson connecting structure comprises a caisson bottom plate, load-bearing components located on the periphery ofthe caisson bottom plate and floor slabs connected with the load-bearing components, wherein the caisson bottom plate is connected to the lower parts of the load-bearing components, the floor slabs are connected to the upper parts of the load-bearing components, and the caisson bottom plate and the floor slabs are located on different sides of the load-bearing components; the caisson bottom platecomprises a caisson prefabricated layer and a caisson cast-in-place layer poured on the top surface of the caisson prefabricated layer, the load-bearing components are cast-in-place beams, and the caisson cast-in-place layer and the load-bearing components form an integrated forming structure. Therefore, a prefabricated and cast-in-place overlapped caisson structure is formed, the integrity is better than that of a fully prefabricated caisson, and waterproofness and safety of the overall structure are guaranteed. Besides, the caisson prefabricated layer can be produced by a universal floor slab mold, the production efficiency is high, and the cost is low.
