Abstract

The system is used for ensuring that nodes required to be closed at to-be-overhauled equipment are in a closed state.The system comprises a central control system, a portable mobile terminal, displacement sensors and a signal relay, wherein the portable mobile terminal is carried by a maintainer and is used for inputting application information for maintenance of the to-be-overhauled equipment and sending the application information to the central control system; the displacement sensors are distributed on all the nodes required to be closed and are used for detecting whether all the nodes are closed or not; and the signal relay is used for transmitting the information between the central control system andthe mobile terminal and between each displacement sensor and the central control system. The invention further provides an equipment isolation real-time online monitoring method. Through the monitoring system and method, whether the nodes are in the closed state or not in the overhaul operation process can be monitored remotely in real time, and convenience is brought to safety management of the overhaul operation. Meanwhile, paperless operation is benefited, and operation efficiency is improved.
