Example Embodiment

[0007] The present invention will be further described in detail below: this embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and detailed implementation is given, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0008] An OPP film transfer printing process involved in this embodiment, the steps are: use nitrocellulose system ink, print the ink on the OPP film, and transfer the printing coating to the paper through wet compounding to obtain high-gloss transfer printing coating.

[0009] By adopting the technical solution of the present invention, due to the low dyne value on the surface of the OPP film, a single coating can be directly used for transfer printing. This process uses nitrocellulose system ink, and the ink is printed on the OPP film, and then compounded by wet method. Transfer the printing coating to the paper to obtain a high-gloss transfer printing coating. Since the ink ...

Abstract

The invention provides an o-phenylphenol (opp) film transfer printing process, which mainly solves the problems that common opp film transfer printing processes are prone to defects, and the recoatability of printed products after transferring is not good. Due to a low dyne value of opp film surface, transfer printing can be performed directly with a single coating. According to the process, nitrocotton system printing ink is used, the printing ink is printed on an opp film, then a printing coating is transferred to paper through wet process recombination, and a highlight transfer printing coating is obtained. Because of good film formation of the nitrocotton system printing ink, in the absence of a stripping layer, the coating can be completely transferred without defects, and the recoatability of the printed products after transferring is excellent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an OPP film transfer printing process. Background technique [0002] The usual opp film transfer printing process uses ordinary ink, which requires a peeling layer to completely transfer the coating, and is prone to defects, and the recoatability of the transferred printed product is not good. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and further provide an opp film transfer printing process, which has a simple process and high printing quality. [0004] The purpose of the present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions: [0005] An OPP film transfer printing process, the steps of which are: using nitrocellulose system ink, printing the ink on the OPP film, and transferring the printing coating to the paper through wet compounding to obtain a high-gloss transfer printing coating. [0006] The beneficial effects o...
